Founded in 2016, Clergy United for the Transformation of Sandtown (CUTS) is dedicated to addressing community challenges through outreach and collaboration. Their initiatives focus on improving housing, education, and food security in the Sandtown-Winchester area.
Men of Sandtown
Established in 1972, the Men of Sandtown are committed to empowering the Sandtown-Winchester community through mentorship, education, and community service. They strive to provide a supportive environment for both youth and adults, aiming to foster integrity, leadership, and community spirit.
Change N Youth
Founded to inspire, uplift, and empower youth aged 7 to 18 in Sandtown-Winchester, Change N Youth offers mentorship, education, and skill-building programs. Their focus is on fostering personal growth and community engagement, preparing young people to become future leaders and agents of positive change.
St. Peter Claver
Founded in 1888, the church has been a steadfast spiritual and community resource in Sandtown. The church is dedicated to social justice, providing faith-based support and outreach programs for local residents. In 2021, St. Peter Claver merged with St. Pius V Catholic Church, where they both remain today!
Florence S. Bush Angel Foundation
Established in 2003, the foundation is dedicated to aiding the disadvantaged. Their mission is to positively impact the poor and disadvantaged by continuing Florence's legacy of giving, loving, sharing, and caring for those in need.
St. Pius V Catholic Church
Since its founding in 1907, the church has been an anchor in Sandtown, offering spiritual guidance and a variety of community services. The church is known for its commitment to outreach, including food distribution and social programs.
Livelystone Church of God in Christ
Founded in 1934, the church has served as a spiritual refuge for the community, offering various ministries, including worship services, prayer groups, and community outreach programs, aiming to foster spiritual growth and community engagement.
Church Deliverance Apostolic

Newborn Community of Faith Church
Dedicated to bringing God's love, healing, and hope to the community.They offer services on Sundays at 11:00 am and Thursdays at 7:15 pm, with a community breakfast and communion on the first Sunday of each month at 10:30 am.
