MISSION
First Mount Calvary Baptist Church is called to proclaim the Gospel of Christ and the beliefs of the Christian faith. Our mission is to maintain the worship of God and to inspire in all persons a love for Christ, a passion for righteousness, and a consciousness of their duties to God and their fellow human beings.
We pledge our lives to Christ and covenant to each other to demonstrate His Spirit through worship, witnessing, and ministry to the needs of the people of this church and community.
VISION
Our Vision is to raise up and establish a Strong Local Church which will Challenge, Penetrate, Influence and Impact the people of Baltimore with the Good News of Jesus Christ; to train up a people who are skillful in the word of God and who will embrace who they are in Christ, reaching their fullest potential in Him.
To develop disciples who will strive to reach their fellowman with the Gospel and make a lasting difference in the lives of others. To present the word of God as the only relevant and practical guide which will enhance every facet of life. To build a community of loving, forgiving and caring believers who share their lives with each other and who are committed to serving God by serving others.
